We want you to love your new pajamas, it's as simple as that. If they don't fit, aren't right, or you just aren't totally in love with them, don't fret—we offer complimentary returns within 14 days of receipt.
Need to make a return? Simply drop us a line at returns@adomanisleep.com to begin the Return Acceptance Process—don't forget to include your order number and reason for your return.
Once Your Return Is Accepted
We’ll send you your Free Return Shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns on items sent back to us without first requesting a Return Acceptance.
WE ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS:
- Within 14 days of receipt—i.e. 14 days from the delivery date to the date it's back in the mail.
- That have not been worn, altered or washed.
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
Items that appear to be worn and/or washed, not in their original condition, or missing tags/stickers will not qualify for a refund.
We are not able to offer returns or refunds on Sale Items, Gift Cards, Personal Care products, or on original Shipping Fees.
Exchanges
We are a small (and mighty!) business and team and we hope to be able to offer size exchanges in the future. For now, the best way to ensure stock levels in your desired size is to return your order and place a new one for the correct item.
And, never fear, if you purchased items using a discount code or promotion, we're happy to honor the same code again for an even exchange (new color or size in the same item), just contact returns@adomanisleep.com.Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us right away at if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Refunds
Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be finalized and posted. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
